Structural work in the east wing is complete; MEP rough-in and interior framing are in progress. Project is approximately one week behind the baseline schedule.

The opening date remains unchanged. A recovery plan, including a second drywall crew commencing Monday, is to be reflected in the updated schedule.

Food court ceiling coordination (sprinkler heads, lighting, signage) remains open following revised tenant requirements. Final ceiling layout required by Thursday; construction is not currently impacted.

Switchgear delivery is now expected September 18; the original delivery date was September 5. No change order is currently associated with this item.

Project remains within the approved contingency. Three pending change orders total approximately $185,000, the largest relating to additional fireproofing.

Agreed that the fireproofing change order will not be approved until the quantity breakdown backup has been reviewed by the Cost Manager.

Large construction deliveries will be scheduled before 8:00 AM starting next week and coordinated with mall operations to maintain customer access at the north entrance.

No major safety incidents were recorded this month. One near miss involving material storage near an emergency exit was corrected and storage requirements were reviewed with all subcontractors; it will be included in the monthly safety report.

Owner decision on west corridor flooring is pending receipt of the alternative material sample, cost difference, and architect's recommendation. Specified tile lead time is six weeks; alternative is three weeks.
