Bot Test

Grafana with Prometheus is confirmed as the standard tooling for metrics; Sentry remains in use for exception tracking and traces. Six existing modules already use Grafana/Prometheus, and the shared metrics module has been extended to remove duplication.

Web 9 team has been created and ownership of the listed project-domain modules transferred, effective immediately; code owners have been updated and approvals now route to Web 9. Current in-progress front-end tickets will be completed in this sprint. A dedicated Slack channel and onboarding materials (Confluence and recorded videos) have been provided.

Roadmap items established: meetings rework is in prototyping and pending client review and sign-off; timesheets module is planned as a new module; schedule rework will follow the meetings project. Files/templates work has no remaining low-hanging improvements and will be tracked via metrics.

For the ex-client workspace data removal request, phase one is scoped as investigation: identify data in scope and determine what may be deleted versus obfuscated within the team's own modules. It was agreed that deletion/obfuscation rules require global alignment across all teams before execution; a generic, reusable mechanism was proposed for consideration.

No open questions remain on the import/export epic; a reusable importer module will be applied to tasks. Remaining item on PDF column set exclusions to be agreed asynchronously via the shared tickets.
