The Wednesday client presentation structure was agreed to focus on high-level workspace concepts, scope boundary between JLL and Ingenious offerings, configuration, licensing, and support.

JLL account team will introduce Ingenious during the call to establish context before handing over the presentation.

The current offering includes six user licenses for the Australia Post owner workspace, utilizing replicated JLL configurations with minor modifications for JLL-managed projects.

Any configuration requirements beyond the base setup will require direct workshops between Australia Post and Ingenious to define separate scope.

Formal client approval is required to integrate Australia Post owner data into the JLL Enterprise Data Platform (EDP).

If standard JLL configurations are utilized, client onboarding and training will be scheduled for late August.

If custom requirements are requested, client onboarding will be deferred until requirement scoping and customized training materials are completed.

The reported funding source duplication issue in fee tracking was determined to be a system enhancement requirement rather than a process change.

A request was established to enable percentage-based monthly allocations against total committed contract amounts in custom cash flow curves.

Third-party clients can be invited directly to existing project environments without dedicated paid workspaces.

Third-party client invitations will be piloted on a single project prior to broader account deployment.
